MARVIN JONES
Linebackers & Defensive Line
Jones played for coach Bobby Bowden's Florida State Seminoles team from 1990 to 1992. The Seminoles finished 10-2 in 1991 and 11-1 in 1992, winning the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) championship in the latter, Florida State's first season in the league. Jones was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American in both 1991 and 1992, and won the Rotary Lombardi Award and was honored by Sporting News as its College Football Player of the Year in 1992. He decided to forgo his remaining college eligibility and enter the NFL Draft. The Seminoles inducted him into the FSU Hall of Fame in 2000. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as part of its 2022 class.
The New York Jets selected Jones in the first round, No. 4 overall pick, of the 1993 NFL draft. He played for the Jets from 1993 to 2003. Nicknamed "Shade Tree" by his teammates, Jones recorded a career high 137 tackles in 2001. In eleven seasons, Jones played in 142 NFL regular season games, started 129 of them, and compiled 1,021 tackles, nine sacks, five interceptions for 42 yards, 31 pass deflections, ten forced fumbles, and eight fumble recoveries.
He is currently the Head Coach of the Indoor Football League's Tulsa Oilers.
JOHN DEFILIPPO
Quarterbacks & Wide Receivers
DeFilippo has extensive NFL coaching experience, working for eight different teams over 15 seasons. He served as offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars. In 2017, he was the Quarterbacks' Coach for the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl-winning season where he guided Carson Wentz to a single-season franchise-record 33 touchdowns. After Wentz was lost to injury, DeFilippo mentored Nick Foles, who threw for 971 yards and six touchdowns in three postseason games and earned Super Bowl MVP honors. Under DeFilippo's tutelage, Kirk Cousins became the first quarterback in NFL history to pass for 4,000 yards, throw 30-plus touchdowns with less than 10 interceptions and complete 70 percent of his passes.
John also boasts college coaching experience, most recently serving as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks' Coach at San Jose State (2010-11) and began his coaching career in 2000 as Quarterbacks' Coach with Fordham. He was a graduate assistant at Notre Dame (2001-02) and was Quarterback Coach at Columbia (2003-04). John played college football as quarterback at James Madison. His first head coaching job was with the USFL's New Orleans Breakers in 2023 and was most recently the head coach for the Memphis Showboats in 2024.
Eugene Chung
Offensive Line/Tight Ends
Eugene Chung has been an assistant offensive line coach in the NFL since 2010. Prior to coaching, Chung played collegiately at Virginia Tech where he earned All-America and All-Big East honors as a senior offensive tackle and was inducted in the Virginia Tech Hall of Fame in 2008. Drafted 13th overall in the 1993 NFL draft, Chung enjoyed a six-year playing career in the NFL that included stops in New England, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Kansas City and Philadelphia.
He transitioned to the coaching side in 2010 and began his new career as an assistant offensive line coach for the Philadelphia Eagles. After spending three seasons in Philadelphia, he joined the Kansas City Chiefs from 2013-2015 in the same role under head coach Andy Reid. Chung was re-hired by the Eagles on January 20, 2016, by new head coach Doug Pederson, who was Chung's offensive coordinator with the Chiefs. Chung has coached some of the most dominant offensive lines in the NFL, most notably the 2018 Philadelphia Eagles who defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.
Norm Chow
Quarterbacks & Wide Receivers
Norm's nearly 50 years of coaching experience includes stints with BYU, North Carolina State, USC, UCLA, Utah and Hawaii. Additionally, he was with the NFL's Tennessee Titans (2005-07); XFL's Los Angeles Wildcats (2020) and ELF's Helvetic Guards (2023).
Norm has left an indelible mark on player development throughout his career. During his distinguished career, he has mentored three Heisman Trophy winners (BYU's Ty Detmer, USC's Carson Palmer and Matt Leinhart) and six First Round NFL Draft picks (Palmer, Leinhart, N.C. State's Phillip Rivers' BYU's Steve Young, Jim McMahon and Marc Wilson). Chow was also the offensive coordinator for three National Champion teams (BYU in 1984, USC in 2003 & 2004).
Norm won the 2002 Broyles Award as the nation's top collegiate assistant coach. He also was named the 2002 NCAA Division I-A Offensive Coordinator of the Year by American Football Monthly and was named the National Assistant Coach of the Year in 1999 by the American Football Foundation. He is well known for developing quarterbacks. During his time as an assistant football coach, Norm has helped coach 8 of the top 14 career passing-efficiency leaders and 13 quarterbacks who rank among the top 30 in NCAA history for single-season passing yardage.
