GRID Leadership

Tom Goodhines

Founder

Starting his 23rd year in professional football, Tom created "GRID Camps" as Owner and CEO of GRID Football Enterprises, LLC. He spent the previous six years as COO and Senior Vice President at super-agent Don Yee's highly-successful HUB Football. "HUB CAMP", a neutral platform for free agents and collegiate athletes to work out for professional and college teams, enjoyed a near 30-percent success rate for participants signing a pro contract.

Tom was recruited as a founding executive of HUB Football in 2016 from the Arena Football League in Las Vegas, NV where he was the Executive Vice President in 2015-16.

Prior to his second stint in the AFL League Office, Tom spent the previous five and a half years as General Manager of the Philadelphia Soul (2010-15). A three-time finalist for the AFL's Executive of the Year in 2012-13 and 2015, Goodhines was the architect of the Soul's one-year turnaround from 6-12 to 17-4 American Conference Championship season in 2012 and a 14-7 American Conference Championship in 2013. During his tenure with the Soul, the team was 62-37 (.626 winning percentage). He also oversaw a staff that earned "Support Staff of the Year", Medical Staff of the Year and Equipment Manager of the Year in 2013. This was the third time in his career (including twice with Utah) that Goodhines has been a part of these league honors.

Previously, Goodhines spent five seasons (2001-05) as the Director of Media Services for the Arena Football League Office in New York City and Chicago, but more recently, he spent two and a half years as the Director of Communications and Football Operations for the AFL's Utah Blaze in Salt Lake City, UT (2005-07). While with the Blaze, Goodhines played a large role in the team winning the prestigious "Commissioner's Award" - given to the League's Organization of the Year in 2006. He also oversaw the football operations staff that won "Support Staff of the Year" in 2006 and 2007. In 2007, Goodhines was named PR Director of the Year by his peers in the AFL Public Relations Association.
