Renowned Coaches Norm Chow, John DeFilippo, & Scouting Expert Mike Williams to Lead the Upcoming GRID Camp Event on October 15th at West Chester University

Norm Chow, a renowned football coach, has left an indelible mark on player development throughout his career. Notably, as the offensive coordinator at BYU, he mentored quarterback legend Steve Young, who went on to NFL Hall of Fame glory with three Super Bowl wins. Chow’s coaching brilliance extended to guiding Robbie Bosco into Heisman voting in 1984. His coaching journey included successful stints at N.C. State, where he developed NFL talents like Philip Rivers, and USC, where he shaped Heisman winners Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart, along with a National Championship victory in 2004. Now, Chow brings his talent development expertise to Switzerland, leading the Helvetic Guards in the European League of Football.

John DeFilippo, a seasoned NFL veteran offensive coach, currently serves as the head coach for the New Orleans Breakers in the USFL. With a wealth of coaching experience over his 22-year career as an offensive specialist, working with eight NFL teams and four Division 1 colleges, DeFilippo has achieved remarkable success. Notably, he played a pivotal role as quarterbacks coach for the Philadelphia Eagles, guiding Carson Wentz to a franchise-record 33 touchdowns and securing a Super Bowl LII victory in 2018. DeFilippo’s leadership also saw Nick Foles shine in the playoffs, earning Super Bowl LII MVP honors.



GRID Camps’ on-field workouts are by invitation only - all applicants will be pre-screened by GRID’s scouting team to ensure they are of professional quality talent.
